Was walking to the bazaar of my native place in the evening. Noticed this bright yellow Gajra lying amidst all the dry leaves. It looked very out of place, very detached. It was a contradictory situation, in the sense that the bright yellow did attract my attention, would attract anyone’s attention, but at the same time this is not where the Gajra was meant to be in the first place. It seemed like a commentary on one aspect of my life. Caused me to wait and compose the image. Then decided to desaturate the rest of frame, keeping just the out of place Gajra in focus. My feeble attempts at Abstract Photography:P
