Your street photography has really really improved. Loved all the shots. Keep clicking. Just a qstn… When u click random people, arent u concious? What if they are offended and dont want u to click? And if u ask their permission, it wont be a spontaneous shot.
@Chintan thank u:))@Rashmi hey wonderful to see u again:) thanks for the kind words:) In Street photography you cannot take permission from the people you shoot as you want candid photographs. I am still learning this genre of photography n yeah at times i do get conscious, specially when i have to get really close. But if the frame is compelling, i go ahead with the photograph. So far i havent come across people getting offended when i shoot them. I am always smiling to keep the person at ease. In some very rare cases where people confront me, i tell them what i am doing. I assure them that this is just a hobby and i am not going to misuse the photo. So far i havent had anyone asking me to delete their photo. But what i do is peanuts when you see the kind of work established street photographers do, n how close they get to people.

@Vrij :))@Saru: this photograph was heavily inspired by the professional choices i made. the staircases kind of reminded me of my life as an IT guy. Had i stayed in IT, id have been at the top of the smaller staircase. Had i pursued MBA, id have been scaling other staircase. But at that stage in my career i wanted to 'Opt Out' of that rat race n follow my passions. Hence the name. Also wanted to portray that opting out isn't always negative:)Had that guy been entering the frame, this image would've failed:P
So like me…I opted out of corporate life just to concentrate on my family and writing. I am waiting for your reply. Thank you. Reminds of me Roads not Taken…Hope you have read that poem…:)
This is a very strong image. Love your composition.
