Footsteps in the sand

Made at Palolem while strolling the beach while the sun was setting. Last time i had been here some years back, i had clicked a similar shot. But it was missing the human element. Thought of revisiting that composition with this addition. Lucky for me that the impressions on the sandbed were from the couple and were undisturbed by the waves.

What you lookin’ at?

Strolling on the beach watching the tiny crab babies racing around from one burrow to the next is fun. Wasn’t getting any sharp capture, so decided to wait outside a burrow for the crab baby to turn out. The eyes popping out were an added bonus:)

Sand in my shoes

“I’ve still got sand in my shoes

And I can’t shake the thought of you
I shake it all, forget you
Why, why would I want to
I know we said goodbye
Anything else would’ve been confused, but
I… wanna see you again”
